- Our cork Goldeneye decoys are painted to represent mature birds in breeding
plumage. - Decoy bodies are carved from a high density decoy cork blank 13 1/2 X 7 X 4 1
inches which produces a stable and oversize decoy. - Each decoy- has wooden tail insert, hand carved wooden head, is sealed with
two coats of spar varnish,individually weighted and then hand painted with
premium quality acrylic paints. - Handmade cork decoys offer unlimited head positions add life and interest to
your decoy spread. - This decoy won the "Best Diver" at the ODCCA show in 2008 (over 50 entries!).
Decoys will self right from any position. - Cork decoy keels are internally weighted and provide anchor line attachment
fore and aft. - For consistent success hunting Goldeneye you need to have the right cork
decoys. Six will usually do the job, but they must be Goldeneye decoys or the
game is over!
